Military and Permanent Overseas voters have unique rules and additional options for voting. If you are a military or overseas voter, you are eligible to receive your absentee ballot electronically, including online, through this website. Members of the U.S. Military, as well as spouses and dependents of U.S. Military members, are eligible to receive an absentee ballot online until 5 p.m. on Election Day.
